Refund Policy

1) 50% Refund shall be given to customers upon cancellation of booking a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in.

2) Bookings cancelled before 72 hours of check-in are not entitled for a refund. 

3)Cancellation should be informed through mail (booking@hotelgogoa.in), 72 hours prior to check-in for refund eligibility.

4) The Refund policy is solely at the discretion of the management of Hotel Go Goa.

Privacy Policy

As much as we strive to serve our customers in totality, our customers data will not be used for any purpose whatsoever, besides billing and contacting customers for prior reservation of rooms.

Terms & Conditions

1) Check-in time 12pm, Check-out Time 11am.

2) If the hotel room has been found damaged by the guest, he/she will be charged for the damage caused.

3) The management is not responsible for any lost belongings.

4) Management is free from all liability pertaining to guests.

5) Bookings through OTA's shall be confirmed only after confirmation by call/ mail in the case of booking being done without payment of a token booking amount. Customers are requested to drop in their phone number via mail on booking@hotelgogoa.in

6) Complementary Early Check-in or Late Check-out facility, if availed through OTA platform is subject to availability of rooms. There is no compulsion in providing the same.

7) For bookings made through online OTA platforms, invoices are to be claimed from the OTA itself. Hotel Go Goa shall not provide the same.

7) The decision of the Management of Hotel Go Goa is final and binding in all aspects relating to Hotel Go Goa.

8) Rates are subject to change.
